HONORING OUR ROOTS
Novak Salon Suites was founded with a vision to create more than just a salon. Benjamin Novak Hudgins and Justin wanted to build a space where independent stylists could thrive while offering clients an elevated, luxurious experience. Inspired by Benjamin’s grandfather, Novak Bullard, who had a deep passion for nature, the salon was built with a focus on sustainability and creativity. Ben and Justin created a place where artistry and eco-conscious values went hand-in-hand, leaving a lasting impact on the beauty industry.

In 2024, a new chapter began when Christi Danielle and J Martinez took the helm of Novak Salon Suites. With over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, Christi is no stranger to success. She has worked in both commission-based and booth rental salons, gaining a wealth of knowledge that shaped her career. As the owner of Christi Danielle Salon, Novak Salon Suites, and CD Salon Suites, Christi’s mission is to share her expertise and guide others toward their own success. Known for her leadership and mentorship, she is dedicated to helping her team members grow, offering the support and tools they need to thrive in the salon industry. Christi’s passion for the industry and commitment to her team have created a strong foundation for stylists to build fulfilling careers. She remains deeply invested in the world of hair and aims to help as many cosmetologists as possible achieve their dreams.

Through it all, one familiar face has remained a constant presence at Novak: Alissia. As the manager and day-to-day leader, Alissia has been with Novak since Ben and Justin’s time, playing a pivotal role in guiding the salon through its transition. Her dedication and warmth make her the perfect point of contact for potential stylists and clients alike, ensuring everyone feels welcome and supported. Alissia is truly the heart of Novak, making her an invaluable part of our story and future.
